Behavior Opportunities Uniting Nutrition, Counseling and Exercise (BOUNCE), is a four-week summer camp for middle school minority girls that blends physical activities, cooking lessons, creative crafts and self-esteem sessions.

NUTRITION segments are guided by registered dietitians and nutrition educators and include healthy cooking techniques, learning healthier menu options and portion sizes, what to look for on food labels and the the food pyramid.
EXERCISE activities are guided by nationally certified fitness experts and include Zumba, Latin Aerobics, Hip Hop and Latin Dance, Yoga, Stretching, Circuit and Interval Training, Self Defense, Swimming, Sports and other fun games.
COUNSELING sessions are guided by a child psychologist and psychology students and include learning the importance of being unique, identifying positive body size, accepting our own bodies, ways to enhance self-esteem, and learning to recognize media influences and peer pressure to be a certain weight.
