¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving! ™ is the nation’s premier Hispanic family physical activity and healthy lifestyle event, for people of all ages. Schools with the highest number of students in attendance win equipment for their school’s physical education program.

Meals distributed to our senior community in collaboration with our partners, including Tejano Center and UH College of Medicine.
WOW is so grateful for the funds we received at the annual Houston Hispanic Coalition Get Up! Get Moving! event . With these funds, we were able to purchase 3 brand new bikes that Wellness On Wheels will use for our Wednesday therapy bicycle rides. The group is growing in size so the purchase of these 3 bikes can help more students suffering with mental health challenges deal with their issues through nature therapy. Thank you again for your commitment in assisting our youth.
